It's All Fun and Games Until It's in the Middle of your Face

Every year, my mom gives us "decorative" band-aids in our Christmas stockings. Since we don't go through them as quickly as she gives them, any time we get a blister or cut, we're sporting Spider Man, Harry Potter, or Veggie Tales characters on our person. It's pretty cute when it's on a finger-tip or toe.

Yesterday while doing some hard-core plumbing work, my dad got a solder-inducted-wound on the tip of his nose. He got to choose between day-glo-orange, Tigger, or Elmo, and I got to make an emergency drug-store run for plain & clear band-aids prior to going out to dinner.
